Jessica Paxson Putnam


Born March 7, 1983 in Dayton Ohio and currently lives in Knoxville TN.


IFBB Pro Figure and Pro Bikini competitor, personal trainer.  Married Peter Putnam who is also a IFBB professional bodybuilder.


Jessica placed 3rd at the 2011 IFBB 1st Phorm St. Louis Pro Bikini and Figure and 4th at the Arnold Classic.

In 2009 Jessica won the IFBB Jacksonville Pro.



Jessica is also a fitness model and has appeared in Flex, Optimum Lifestyle, MuscleMag and Muscle and Fitness magazines.



Paxson runs a personal training business called Physique Pros Personal Training and Consulting.
