Jakabos Zsuzsanna "Zsu"

Born April 3, 1989 in Baranya Hungary

Olympic Swimmer

Zsuzsanna is 6 feet tall

"Zsu" competed in the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympics

Her best finish was sixth place in the 4 by 200 meter freestyle in 2008.

At the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona Jakabos finished fifth in the 200 butterfly and sixth in 200 and 400 IM

Also in October 2013 "Zsu" underwent shoulder surgery


"Zsu" also models swimsuits on a part time basis..











Amanda Ray Beard

Born October 29, 1981 in Newport Beach California.

Won seven gold medals from 1996 to 2004.

Won the American Swimmer of the Year Award twice.

Dara Torres


Born April 15, 1967 in Beverly Hills California

First swimmer from the U.S. to compete in five Olympic Games - 1984, 1988, 1992, 2000, and 2008.


Torres has won twelve Olympic Medals - four gold, four silver and four bronze.


Dana also appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1994.













Stephanie Louise Rice






Born June 17, 1988 in Brisbane, Queensland






Swimmer - Medley, Freestyle and Butterfly










Won three Gold Medals and set three world records in 200m Individual Medley, 400m Individual Medley and 4 X 200m Freestyle Relay at the Beijing Summer Olympics in 2008.

Jenna Randall


Born September 20, 1988 in Ascot, Berkshire England


Synchronized Swimmer


In 2008 at the Beijing Olympics Jenna and her teammate Olivia Allison became the first Great Britain synchronized swimmers to compete in the Olympics since 1992.  They placed 14th.



Jenna first competed in the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne where she won the silver medal in the women's solo.


In December 2011 Jenna was one of 12 British women athletes who posed in a charity calendar wearing lingerie.


Randall placed 8th at the 2009 World Championships.








Natalie Anne Coughlin


Born August 23, 1982 in Vallejo, California


American Olympic Swimmer


In 2008 Natalie became the first American female athlete to win six medals in one Olympics and the first woman ever to win a gold medal in the 100 m backstroke in two consecutive Olympics.




Coughlin appeared as a judge on Iron Chef America. 


Natalie was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars but was eliminated on the fifth episode.


Coughlin won the gold medal at the 2004 Olympics in the 100 m backstroke, a gold medal in the 4x200 m freestyle relay which broke a world record, a silver medal in the 4x100 m freestyle, a silver in the 4x100 medley and a bronze in the 100 m freestyle.



Laure Manaudou


Born October 9, 1986 in Villeurbanne, Rhone, France


Olympic Swimmer from France


Laure won the Gold Medal at the 2004 Olympics in Athens in the 400 meter freestyle. It was France's first gold medal ever in women's swimming and the first gold medal in swimming for France since 1952.


In 2006 Manaudou set the world record for the 400 meter freestyle at the European Swimming Championships. Laure also won the 200 individual medley and the 100 meter backstroke.


Laure broke the 200 meter freestyle world record at the 2007 World Swimming Championships in Melborne.


In 2007 Manaudou won four medals at the 2007 European Championships even though she was having a spat with her Italian boyfriend Luca Martin. The same day lewd pictures of Laure appeared on the Internet.


At the 2008 Summer Olympics Manaudou finished eighth in the 400 meter freestyle and was eliminated in the 200 meter backstroke.


In 2009 Laure announced her retirement, however, in 2011 she returned to competition setting a personal best in the 50 meter freestyle.




Hanna-Maria Seppala


Born December 13, 1984 in Kerava, Finland


Freestyle swimmer


Hanna-Maria made the Finnish national junior team by age 10 and in 1999 she won the bronze medal at the European Junior Championships in the 50 m freestyle.


In 2003 Seppala won the world title in the 100 m freestyle at the 2003 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain.


At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China, Hanna-Maria finished in fourth place in the finals of the 100 m freestyle with a time of 53.97.

Seppala competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia at age 15 where she swan in both the 50 m and 100 m freestyle for Finland.


According to Finnish records Hanna-Maria has broken over 100 national records in Finland and 9 Nordic records.


Seppala has won the European Championship four times and the World Championship once in 2003. At World Championship events Hanna-Maria has won the gold once, silver twice and bronze once.




Federica Pellegrini


Born August 5, 1988 in Mirano, Italy


Italian Freestyle Swimmer


Federica won the gold medal in the 200 m freestyle at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China.


Pellegrini currently hold three world record times, 200 m freestyle long course, 200 m freestyle short course and the 400 m freestyle long course.


Pellegrini won the silver medal in the 200 m freestyle at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece.



At the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Federica finished fifth in both the 200 m freestyle and the 400 m freestyle.


Pellegrini currently holds 3 European records and 10 National records to go along with the 3 World Records.


Federica seems to be attracted to swimmers as she is currently in a relationship with teammate Filippo Magnini and was previously engaged to Luca Marin, another teammate.
