Basketball player Becky Hammon is this Thursday's choice as one of the most beautiful women in sports.

Born March 11, 1977 in Rapid City South Dakota

Professional basketball player currently with the San Antonio Silver Stars of the WNBA.


In 2004 Becky was inducted into the Colorado State University Hall of Fame and in 2005 her number was retired.  Hammon was an All-American along with being the Colorado Sportswoman of the year.


Hammon is a six time WNBA All-Star and made the All-WNBA First Team in 2007 and 2009.

After learning Becky would not be invited to tryout for the US Olympic team she claimed a spot on the Russian national team in 2008.  Hammon plays the CSKA team in the WNBA off-season.



In 2011 Becky was named to the WNBA's exclusive Top 15 Players of all Time list.
