Russian track and field athlete Darya Klishina is today's pick as one of the most beautiful women in sports.

Darya started in track and field as a sprinter but was chosen to train as a long jumper with her coach Olga Shemigon at age 13.




In 2007 Darya won two international events, the World Junior Championships and the World Youth Championship.




In June, 2010 Klishina set a personal record of 7.03 meters at the Znamesky Brothers national event held in Zhukovsky, Russia.

Darya won gold medals at the 2011 European Indoor Championships in Paris, France and at the European U23 Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.




At the 2012 World Indoor Championships in Istanbul, Turkey, Klishina placed fourth with a jump of 6.85 meters.




Red Bull along with sports marketing leader IMG have signed Klishina on global marketing contracts.....wonder why...
