Casey made her international field hockey debut at the 4 Nations Tournament in 2006.


Eastham is a member of the Australian Hockey League field hockey team the Hockeyroos.

At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing China, Casey scored 4 goals for the Australian womens field hockey team which placed 5th.  Casey was 19 years old at the time.


Eastham and the Australian field hockey team won the gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi.


In 2009 Casey was named the International Young Player of the Year and also named to the International All-Star team.
