Born March 25, 1978 in Kalinigrad and grew up in Latvia and Russia.


IFBB Pro Fitness Competitor and ex-gymnast.


Currently lives in Irvine California.

In 2011 Oksana finished 5th at the 2011 Fitness Olympia and 8th at the 2011 Fitness International.  In 2010 Oksana had a 4th and and two 5th place finishes in the three events she competed in.



Grishina was awarded the title of "Best Non-Olympic Sportswoman of the Year" in 2005 and 2006.  After winning fitness competitions at the international stage Oksana was awarded her IFBB pro card.
