Pole Vaulter Melanie Adams ends the week as one of the Most Beautiful Women in Sports

Australian pole vaulter Melanie Adams holds us over until Monday as one of the most beautiful women in sports.  My new favorite sport to watch has to be women's pole vaulting.....

Melanie was a finalist in the Miss Teen Australia and has her sites set on Miss Universe.

Adams has worked as a promotional model at several car racing events.

Melanie started national competitions when she was 11 years old in the high jump.  She then moved on to doing heptatlons and pole vault.  



Adams has also done the Australian swimsuit calendar in 2007, shot in Surfers' Paradise and was featured in Zoo Weekly magazine in 2008.

Melanie has won two national under age titles and currently has plans to compete in the 2012 London Olympic Games.
