Tianna won the 2009 NPC National Bodybuilding, Bikini & Figure Championship.

In 2010 Ta's top finish was fourth place at the Pittsburgh Pro Figure & Bikini.


In 2011 Tianna finished 5th at the Jacksonville Pro and 4th at the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Tampa Pro Championships.


Tianna has worked with MTV, Spike TV, and featured in Maxim, MuscleFitness, Flex and IronMan magazine.
