Sam was chosen to be the captain of the England Hockey team in Mendoza, Argentina during the Champions Trophy




Quek was a member of the England Field Hockey team which won a Gold Medal at the European Championships in 2015 in London.  Sam won the "Man of the Match" in the final against the Netherlands
