Fitness competitor Ashly Kaltwasser is today's pick as one of the most beautiful women in sports.

Ashley is also a fitness model


Kaltwasser was a track and field athlete where she broke seven high school records at her high school in Ohio.


Ashley has won an event in every year she has competed since 2011.  



In 2015 Kaltwasser finished first at the 2015 Nordic Pro in Finland and at the 2015 Ms Bikini Olympia.





Ashley has a training programs that includes six days of weight training and four days of aerobic exercise.  


Kaltwasser also competed in gymnastics until her sophomore year in high school.
