Italian diver Tania Cagnotto is today's pick as one of the most beautiful women in sports.

Tania participated in her first Olympics in Sydney Australia in 2000 and finished in 18th place in the 3 meter springboard.

Cagnotto's best Olympic finish to date was at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing China where she finished 5th in the 3 meter springboard.  Tania also participated in the 10 meter platform where she finished 10th.




Tania won a bronze medal at the 2011 World Championships in the 1 meter springboard in Shanghai.

Cagnotto has won 10 gold medals at the European Championships, her latest in 2012 in the 3 meter synchro at Eindoven.  Tania also won a silver medal in the 1 meter springboard at Eindoven.






Tania is the daughter of two Italian divers.  Her mother is Giorgio Cagnotto who won four Olympic medals in the 1970's and 1980's and her father Carmen Casteiner was also an Italian diver.
